Cooper Teesside is the only Bodyshop in the area that has been fully vetted and approved by MINI. All staff receive regular technical training at MINI’s training centre in Bracknell and our team are proud to be in receipt of several awards from factory organised national competitions.

As a Cooper Teesside customer you benefit from our ‘Accident Aftercare Programme’ free of charge. In the event of an accident you may find yourself under pressure from your insurance company to have repairs carried out at a different body-shop (one approved by the insurance company rather than MINI). This is generally because of cost and administration convenience. Please remember however that the choice of repairer does not lie with the insurance company, it lies only with the policyholder, in other words with you!

You are fully entitled to insist that Cooper Teesside carry out the repair to your car.

Only Cooper Teesside has immediate access to and actually use MINI colour system paint as well as original MINI parts and approved materials. Only Cooper Teesside are vetted and approved by MINI, which means that there will be no doubts over the future corrosion warranty that comes as standard with all new MINI products.

In addition, if the accident is not your fault, Cooper Teesside will immediately arrange for a like for like car replacement. Even if the accident is your fault, as long as you phone the accident number first and within 8 hours you will get the benefit of a MINI brand car for immediate use.

This all means, quite simply, from a minor cosmetic scratch repair or an alloy wheel scuff renovation to a major accident rebuild and repair; your MINI will always be much better off at Cooper Teesside.
